Terry Brodkin

Terry B. Brodkin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BS Degree in Business and received his Masters Degree with a minor in Real Estate from San Jose State, San Jose, California. He has been a successful Real Estate Broker since 1968 and has been in the Phoenix Metro Area since 1977. He has successfully joint ventured, brokered, and developed over $500 million in commercial real estate.
Terry has managed a portfolio of $30M which consisted of office buildings, industrial properties, apartment complexes, mini storage facilities and raw land investments.

He built 8 townhouses on 5th Street and Bethany Home Road, Phoenix and developed, and sold, 44 one acre lots in North Casa Grande.
Other example properties include:

• A 110 unit multi-family property in North Scottsdale (Las Hadas Apartments located at 9240 E. Redfield Road)
• 50,000 SF of industrial/retail multi-tenant properties in Phoenix and Tempe
• A 4,500 SF office in Scottsdale
